This Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) is issued by the State of Colorado, Department of Natural Resources (“Department”), on behalf of the Division of the Colorado Avalanche Information Center (CAIC). The purpose of this ITN is to develop a Scope of Work (SOW) to support and enhance the Colorado Avalanche Information Center’s web applications and data infrastructure and then make an award to execute the negotiated SOW. CAIC has budgeted approximately $175,000 per year for these services for the next five 5 years.
