HHS requires information technology (IT) services, solutions, and support for operations and maintenance of the HCAS and DCIS systems to ensure efficient operability to meet the needs of its acquisition workforce. This includes comprehensive support services to identify, develop, modify, integrate, and sustain HCAS, DCIS, and other acquisition-related technical capabilities. This support will cover enterprise solution(s). It will include but not be limited to managing solution delivery projects, eliciting and analyzing requirements, architecting and designing solutions, developing and acquiring solution components, configuring and integrating components, testing solutions, deploying solutions, delivering reliable and scalable IT services to meet growing demands, operating and maintaining the network infrastructure, providing IT Service Desk Support, Security Operations Support, and supporting the customer's use of solutions. Activities must comply with the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) initiatives and other federal-wide initiatives.
