The City of St. Helena is seeking proposals from qualified Information Technology firms to provide comprehensive managed services including but not limited to network and system administration, security monitoring, on-site and remote help desk, procurement, backup and recovery operations, database administration, hardware lifecycle management, and project management. IT Management Services will support the City’s operations at seven facilities, which include: City Hall/Police Department, Corporation Yard, Fire Department, Library, Parks & Recreation Building, Water Treatment Plant, and Wastewater Treatment Plant.
