The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items/services (other than those designated as Government- furnished per Section 4, Government-Furnished Property (GFP) and Support Services) necessary to perform the financial database support services as defined in this PWS.
The support services shall include, but are not limited to: designing, testing, and operating DLA Financial Management Office's physical, relational and object-oriented databases across multiple platforms and computing environments; and providing subject matter expertise in the identification and resolution of database management issues.
The support services shall also include the Enterprise Secure Data Collaboration Capability (SDCC): Project to develop and sustain a secure data collaboration capability for offices in DLA with the ability to meet the unique requirement of having a collaboration capability to handle PII and PHI in a secure, automated, and accessible place to work. Current SDCC customers include: J1 (Human Resources), FOIA and General Counsel, EEO, and J9 (Joint Reserve Force).
The contractor may be required to provide technical advice and consultation for utilization of like technologies that may be utilized within the J62FB Program Office.
This is a non-personal services contract to provide IT support services to applications within the program office. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein.
Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn, is responsible to the Government. The Government and the Contractor understand that the services to be provided under this contract by the Contractor are non-personal services and that no employer- employee relationship exists.
