The purpose of this requirement is to acquire a logistical support contract to support the fulfillment of requirements for the planning and implementation of scientific conferences, workshops, meetings, Data and Safety Monitoring Boards (DSMBs) and other NINDS hosted, sponsored, or co-sponsored events; here-on referred to as “events”, unless otherwise referred to individually.
The contractor shall, independently and not as an agent of the Government, furnish all necessary services, qualified personnel, materials, equipment, and facilities, not otherwise provided by the Government to provide logistical support services for NINDS hosted events on a scheduled,and as needed, basis. The contractor must be able to provide recurring services for events that vary in size and complexity. Events range from a few hours up to three days and can take place in- person, hybrid or virtually.
