The purpose of this contract is to provide the Government with the expertise in Institutional Review Board (IRB) operations, OHRP and FDA regulations regarding human subjects protections, research ethics, quality, information technology, and program management necessary to manage the National Cancer Institute’s (NCI) Central Institutional Review Board (CIRB) and support the institutions that rely on it.
The Contractor shall perform:
TASK 1: CIRB Central Operations
TASK 2: CIRB Local Operations
TASK 3: CIRB Helpdesk
TASK 4: Communication and Education
TASK 5: Maintain AAHRPP Accreditation
TASK 6: Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Improvement
TASK 7: Provide IT software and support for all CIRB activities
TASK 8: Collaboration with other NCI contractors
TASK 9: Project Management
TASK 10: Management of CIRB Education Days Conference
