The contractor shall provide private provider occupational health services within the DC, MD, and VA area. The contractor will maintain Occupational Health support to meet the occupational medical case review and management needs of ARS BL. To meet the ARS BL’s requirements the contractor will:
a. Provides expert Occupational Medicine consultation services b. Medical Records Management duties
c. General Administrative duties
d. Data Entry
The Contractor shall provide qualified labor, supervision, equipment, and supplies and materials, except those furnished by the Government, necessary to perform services in required by individual Task Orders (TO) as assigned under this resulting Indefinite- Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The contract ceiling will be established at $1,250,000.00, with a per task order minimum of $1,500.00 and maximum of $250,000. For each task order solicited, the successful contractor for a particular task order shall be required to provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary for successful completion.
