You are invited to submit a proposal in response to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Johnson Space Center’s (JSC) NASA Open Innovation Services 3 (NOIS3) solicitation. The principal purpose of this requirement is to acquire crowdsourcing services and/or products to multiple NASA centers and other government agencies in support of NASA’s Center of Excellence for Collaborative Innovation (CoECI).

This competitive acquisition will result in Firm-fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts with the ability to issue Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) task orders. The contract will have a total potential period of performance of 10 years, which will include a 2-year Base Period, a 3-year Option Period 1, and a 5-year Option Period 2. The ability to off-ramp will be available at the contractor’s request.
