Scope of Work:

The scope of this effort encompasses technical IT support services necessary to provide the full range of IT services and user support required to support the NIDCD's mission. These services include, but are not limited to, project management, network management, infrastructure support, service desk support, cybersecurity support, software development and support of the Chief Information Officer (CIO).

Independently, and not as an agent of the Government, the Contractor shall be required to furnish all the necessary services and qualified personnel as needed to perform the Statement of Work (SOW). The Contractor's Project Manager (PM) shall report directly to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). ISMB aligns its IT services with the current and future business needs of the NIDCD and continuously works to improve the quality of the IT services it delivers and its relationship with its customers. The Contractor shall assist ISMB to align its IT organization with NIDCD's mission and objectives, and efficiently and effectively manage IT services that support networks, systems, and applications across the NIDCD enterprise.

Due to the critical and often unpredictable nature of IT work, future modification may become necessary. As such, responses should demonstrate Offeror’s ability to increase or expand devoted resources on short notice.
