The City of Columbus is requesting proposals (RFP) from prospective Offerors to provide the City of Columbus, Auditor’s Office with professional Dynamics 365 (D365), Point of Sale (POS) and Power Platform technical managed support services and consulting. Consulting and technical managed support will cover annual D365, POS, and Power Platform support (minimum requirement of 2.25 FTE) as well as capital funded extensions/projects to expand the use of D365, POS and Power Platform.
The City of Columbus implemented D365 in January of 2021. From 2016 to December 2020 the City of Columbus utilized DAX 2012. D365 is used enterprise wide as the City’s financial and procurement system of record for approximately 575 city users and over 3,000 active vendors.
