The City of Redding (hereinafter “City”) is seeking to secure Professional Implementation Services for migrating from an on-premise Microsoft license-based environment, including Microsoft Exchange, to a Microsoft 365 hosted environment.
This will be a competitive negotiation process. Qualified individuals, firms, contractors, consultants, or entities (hereinafter “Consultant(s)”) that meet the requirements set forth in the Request for Proposals (hereinafter “RFP”), and are capable of providing the services requested are encouraged to participate.
The City is looking to leverage new technologies and best practices to enhance performance, reliability, security, and user collaboration by migration to Microsoft 365 Government Community Cloud (GCC) using the County of Riverside Enterprise Agreement.
The City will put out a separate bid for an estimated 1100 users, with a combination of G3 with G5 Security, F3 plus F5 Security & Compliance, SharePoint plan 1, and Exchange online plan 1.
