The purpose of the Statement of Work (SOW) is to obtain Contractor support for Project Management services based on the requirements identified below. Though further defined in Section 5.0, the categories of support include the following:
Business Analysis & Requirements Management (Section 5.1)
Project Planning (Section 5.2)
Project Management (Section 5.3)
Smart Buildings Support (Section 5.4)
Technology Assessment (Section 5.5)
Data Integration Support (Section 5.6)
Data Management Support (5.7)
Acquisition Services Support (Section 5.8)
Post Implementation Review (PIR) per project and/or program (Section 5.9)
Additional Project Management Support (Section 5.10)
The Government contemplates a multiple-award of a minimum of two (2) Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) against an eligible MAS contract in accordance with FAR Subsection 8.4 assuming the quotation has met, or exceeded, the Government’s requirements in the evaluation process for best value. It is expected that Vendors will submit Quotations in accordance with the procedures and requisite requirements identified in this Solicitation in accordance with their MAS contract.
This RFQ will be competed among small business GSA MAS holders on the SIN(s): 54151S listed on the cover page of this RFQ on a restricted basis.
