STO is seeking one or more vendors to help alleviate the system administration and technical support responsibilities on the operations and special projects management. Adding a team of system administrators and technical support specialists will allow the existing STO management the time to focus on current project needs as opposed to working on tickets and IT troubleshooting. These issues consume excessive amounts of time. Offeror must be readily available for on-site meetings at the Treasurer’s Office during the engagement period. All of Offeror’s assigned personnel must be located within the United States. Offshore resources are expressly prohibited.
