The contractor will ensure a fully secure and safe facility that provides a humane environment for all migrants.
The contractor will provide on-site and working a daily and adequate staff of fully trained unarmed custody officers, support personnel, and management staff. All personnel must possess the proper security clearances and meet the requirements of working in a custody environment which contains a vulnerable population that include males, females, children, and families.
The contractor, in a reasonable and timely manner shall acquire and/or accomplish training, certifications, licenses, drug testing, uniforms, equipment, supplies, and vehicles necessary to provide the full range of required security and transportation services 7 days a week, 24 hours per day throughout the contract period of performance.
