WCCC is seeking a consultant to draft an RFP for the CACS. The will meet with the stakeholders collect requirement and draft the RFP. In addition will work through the selection process with the stakeholders. The details of the project can be found in the Attachment 1: Scope of Work. This project is expected to take 18 months to complete.
