If you are currently a subscriber, please send an email to sales@fed-support.com with the solicitation number, title, and URL and/or attachments included in your request. We will promptly create the Proposal Package and send them to you via email once they are completed.

For instance, if you have subscribed to Enterprise Subscription, you will have access to Twelve (12) Proposal Outlines, along with all corresponding Add-ons for each of the Proposal Outline. These Add-ons comprise of CM, CRM, Company Themed Template, Amendment Updates, Solicitation Exclusivity, Proposal Checklist, and Cover Design.

Each time you request a Proposal Package for a solicitation that interests you, you will receive all of the aforementioned Add-ons (e.g. CM, CRM, Company Themed Template, Amendment Updates, Solicitation Exclusivity, Proposal Checklist, and Cover Design) that correspond to the solicitation.

You have the option to choose a template that is specific to your company for creating outlines featuring a built-in header & footer, cover letter, table of contents, past performance tables, style guides, and a design that corresponds to your company's win theme. If no company specific template provided, Fed-Support will use its own template to create the proposal outlines.

We will monitor, update, and inform you about any modifications or amendments released until the solicitation due date, and provide updated proposal package with all the amendment changes tracked for your ready reference.

Once you request proposal package for a particular opportunity of your interest, we develop that exclusively for your company - guaranteeing the utmost privacy. We do not advertise or share these packages on our website with any other clients, ensuring that your unique needs and requirements are met.

Your tailored custom proposal package will be prepared within one business day, and the corresponding Add-ons will be provided within two business days.

By subscribing to our Enterprise Subscription plan, you will receive complete access to BidsPortal services for one year. After you have completed your payment for the Enterprise Subscription, our team will contact you within two business days to activate your unrestricted one-year access to the BidsPortal website. ABOUT BIDSPORTAL: With BidsPortal subscription, you will have access to RFPs, bids posted across various countries, states, regions, agencies, categories, and NAICS codes. Your one year subscription covers unlimited searching, emailing, downloading available documents, and customizable RFP / bid alert notifications.
